Bottled. Deep amber colour with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is spices, some sweet malts, mild alcohol, caramel and some wood and ripe fruits. Flavour is ginger, some other spices, mild toffee, some sweet malts, alcohol and mild wooden and ripe fruity and dried fruity notes.

Bottle at home. Pours hazy c copper with dense off-white head. Aroma of cloves, dark chocolate, some caramel, herbs, dark dried fruits. Tastes slightly sweet with balancing bitterness. Medium bodied, highly carbonated.

Bottled, thanks Rune! Hazy mahogany colour, rich creamy head. Distinct floral nose with fireweed and caramel. Mid sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Lots of caramel and late summer northern Scandinavian flowers.

Bottle at Restaurant Bj�rk, Bod�. Has a deep brown colour with a big beige head. Aroma of sweet cake, spices, cloves, dried fruit, leather, ginger nut and some alcohol and hints of roasted malt. Flavor of licorice, dried fruit, leather, Belgian yeast and some coffee and alcohol. Has a slick mouth feel, full-bodied and light bitterness. A well-balanced and spiced aroma. The taste is a little unbalanced.
