We are extending our Community Beer Project with another beer! This is a fine pilsner brewed with Barke Pilsner malt, wheat and light and medium caramel malts. Hopped with Summit and Hallertau Tradition in the boil and Hallertau Blanc dryhop. Cheers!

Gyllengul med fluffigt skum. Brödig doft med honung och halm. Torr smak med tydlig spannmålskaraktär. Spritsig kolsyra och lite vass beska. Helt ok.

Bottled. Deep golden/pale amber colour with a big creamy/foamy white head. Aroma is grassy and herbal with a nice bready and biscuity maltiness. Flavour is hay, grass, some bready and mild herbal tones. Nice lingering bitterness to it. Fresh and crisp.
