Golden blonde beer with subtle sparkle with a fine neck of foam, slightly malty flavor with herbaceous and citrus hoppy aromas, accompanied by a peppery note specific to Gustave.

330ml bottle from Noz Hazebrouck. Hazed, slightly murky blonde look in the glass but completely over-carbed like all the other beers I've had from this brewery. Takes forever to settle down. Quite a pleasant yeasty blonde when it does.

Bottled, from Hopt. Cloudy deep golden, small head. Rich aroma of marzipan and grass, notes of lingonberry. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Biscuits and grass, marzipan and hay. Fairly low bitterness. Laid back.
