Black pour, big frothy beige head. Very roasty Aroma, lots of dark chocolate, and dark espresso. Silky smooth mouth feel, and a soft carb. The finish is again very roasty, hints if bitter cocoa, espresso and soy. Doesn’t drink like it’s only 4.5%. Incredibley intense flavours in such a low alcohol stout.

Canned@PBF XII. Black colour, small beige head. Aroma is chocolate, toffee, some mild nuts as well as some herbs. Flavour is toffee, chocolate, some floral and mild toasted notes. Silky smooth.

11/11/2018. Can from Beautiful Beers, Bury St Edmunds. Pours black with a small beige head. Aroma of malt, roasted coffee, lactose, chocolate and dark fruit with a hint of liquorice. Medium sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery oily texture, very soft carbonation. Increasing roasted bitterness to finish.

Can from Beer Republic. Almost black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and dark chocolate. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and roasted moderate bitter finish. 041118

Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, coffee - chocolate, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, chocolate, dark malt, dusty, medium dry'ish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
