Bottle at the Ale House, Chelmsford. Pours slightly hazy dark golden colour with a lasting white to off-white head. Aroma of hop, malt, yeast, fruit and a vague hint of aniseed. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Aside from being over carbonated, quite enjoyable.
