Flaska från SB. Disig gyllengul vätska med högt skum. Frisk, lätt, krispig med mycket karaktär. Någonstans nära en klassisk wit men med en fruktighet och kryddning som känns nordisk på något sätt. Päron och pors är det jag kan sätta fingret på men det är något mer där. Riktigt god hur som helst.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 6 Oct 2018) Cloudy yellow colour with big, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of white bread, lime, citrus peel and coriander. Malty, spicy taste with white bread, orange, citrus peel and coriander. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well made wit. Quite nice.

Sample at SBWF 2018. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of spices, citrus, some soap and coriander. The same in the taste. The body was light as was the bitterness.

Keg at Stockholm Beer Festival. Hazy straw colour, mid sized head. Rich spicy nose with coriander and pears. Dry with light-medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Pear, papaya and coriander. Low bitterness. Combines character and drinkability.
