F: huge, white, average lasting. C: yellowish to gold, hazy. A: honey, malty, pepper, apples, dough, lemon, perfume, fruity, light yeast. T: malty, spicy, yeasty, interesting grassy bitterness, peppery, light sour, herbal, creamy mouthfeel, good carbonation, medium body, very refreshing and good beer, 0,33l bottle from Delhaize in Brussels.

BIO Beer. Bardzo bardzo dobre piwo. Zacznijmy od zapachy ktory przypominal mi ziola w ogrodku bazylie, kolendre tymianek i oregano. W smaku bardzo wytrawne, gozkie i gryzace, troche jak herbata z pokrzywy. Zbozowe akcenty wyczuwalne, widok to piekna czapowata i slimakowa piana ze spora dawka metnosci. Piwo jasno zolte, fajnie musujace na poczatku. Metoda Dry-hopped wniosla tu niesamowita wytrawnosc a goryczka towarzyszy przez caly czas degustacji i dlugo, dlugo po niej. BIO is the Best.

Bioloo Amber’s little sister, with a rocky, snow white head and brightly golden blonde colour. Aroma lightly sourish with grassy and floral hops, green apple, fennel, dough, honey, pepper; taste freshly sourish, yeasty, dryly fruity, flowery and moderately spicy, ending in a hoppy bitterish finish. Much more appealing and much more balanced than the Bioloo Amber, if you ask me.

Clear golden with big white head. Yeasty dough, lemon, spices, light fruity hops. Light bitterness in the finish with a tiny metallic touch. Light bandaid on the nose. Not too sweet. Full creamy carbonation. Nice Belgian blond

33cl bottle from Geers. Dorée sur un léger trouble, col blanc crémeux. Arôme sur pointe d’épice, houblons fruités frais cônes avec une pointe de malt biscuité, et ce côté feuilles fermentées/bouillies. Palais est agréable avec cet ajout distinct d’épeautre donne un aspect grains, sec et finement épicé. Houblons restent belges, fruité citronné typique, herbacés et un fini sec. Sympa, léger et donne une certaine fraîcheur en bouche, peut-être venant de cet ajout bio.

It’s not really a Christmas Tasting in Odense. Yellow with a disappearing white head. The aroma is yeasty, spiced and fruity with a mineral note, not unlike champagne. Sweet yeasty flavour with floral and fruity notes

33cl bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy pale yellow color, full sized , creamy, good lacing, long lasting white head. Smell wheat, banana and slightly spicy. Taste wheat, banana, some spices, slightly bitter. Medium carbo, average body.
