Boom Boom is a powerful barley wine that at first seems big, then bigger then just knocks it out of the park as the biggest. Fruity, raisiny, candyesque loveliness that just tastes the best. Massive!

Running a beer brewery and/or deciding what to brew in that brewery can easily be placed inside a two circle Venn diagram. (At least if you want to keep being a brewery.) In the first circle you have beers that we, the brewery, like to drink. In the second circle you have the beers you, the consumer, likes to drink. Where they overlap, that’s the sweet spot. Beer for everyone! Sometimes though, we have to do something for ourselves, something that we might not be sure but hope you’ll love as well. This beer is such a beer. We love Barley Wines. And, when we did Boom Boom, originally set to only go in Cognac barrels, we could not help ourselves but to keg a bit of non-barrel aged goodness. Here’s to cravings and whims!

Fat bryggarnas bar Da matteogatan.
