brown colour, medium sized dense beige-ish ecru head; aroma of smoked ham and cheese, some soy sauce, rye bread, roasted sunflower seeds and maybe minimal unripe plum; taste is basically the same with some burnt woody-bittery notes; really enjoyable

Appearance: Very dark brown. First clear, later more hazy. Small, light tan head. Aroma: Dark malt, lightly roasted. Some smoke, but not too much. Slight caramel sweetness. Taste: Roasted, dark malt. Bottled, thanks Bov! Clear nut brown, small head. Mildly smoky nose with some caramel. Mid dry with light body and clean, fragile mouthfeel. Bready with caramel and mild smoke. Low bitterness.
