Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up up in Maine. Bottled August 2016. Pours clear honey-gold with a bubbly, white head. Light sweet with with some musty lemon candies, low funk, some pale bread, ripening tangerine, suggestions of dried, pale wood. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. OK balance to finish, vague citrus notes, bread, lemon, low acidity. Not bad.

Draught@TCBW2018. Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is very funky, some farmyard, bretty dry wooden and mild citrus. Flavour is funk, some green apple skins, dry wood as well as some rice/maizelike sweetness. Very drinkable, although the funkiness is quite attacking.

Somebody put spice in my sake. Light faint sake aroma. Thin spice aroma. Like a light sake with a bit of spice.

Pours slightly hazed gold into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Rice and hay aromas. Crisp with earthy lemon zest and wet straw upfront turning to ripe melon before the slick mochi medium length finish.

Thanks Walt for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing pale gold (practically white) with sparse white foam. The nose shows clean notes of natural river water with some subtle lemon. Very clean. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Mildly tart with a light white pepper spice and clean maltiness throughout.

Tap at Titans and MCBT. It poured a clear light gold, the aroma and taste is a bit oaky and funky like a geuze. Lovely.
