Keg at Bottles & Barrels, Gurgaon. Hazy amber, mid sized head. Unusually, somewhat caramelly cane sugar aroma. Sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel, low carbonation. Cottony with spun cane sugar on rye bread. Low bitterness. Strikingly different, yet harmonious and unassaulting.

(Draught at Bottles & Barrels, Gurgaon, 27 Oct 2017) Pale brown colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with caramel, cane sugar and some herbs. Malty, sweet taste with notes of caramel, sugar and spices. Medium body, quite sweet. Interesting, but hardly complex. Distinct character of jaggery (concentrated and unrefined cane sugar). Enjoyable.
