Our very first endeavor into the world of darkness... But always with our easy drinking profile. Conditioned on cranberries and oak staves for three months this beer is smooth and the chocolatey, roasty malt profile is balanced with the fruitiness from the berries.

Nydelig, men kunne bli enda bedre med en finish på fat, gjerne et spritfat

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Black with small beige head. Aroma of milk chocolate and nougat. Sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Chocolate sauce dominates, some butter and cocoa powder. Slight hints of lingonberry. Low bitterness.

Bottle at Sir Winstons, Östersund (Maltfestival). Heard good things from friends. Concur with them that this is a solid stout, esp. for a first time. Strong carbonation. Grassy finish.
