Mocha Sombrero takes our Mexican-Style Chocolate Stout recipe and alters it with additions of Coffee and Vanilla. Pronounced dark malt flavors mix with sweet vanilla notes for a full-bodied and approachable stout.

Can from Beer Republic. Aroma is chocolate, roast, coffee, caramel, cocoa, some spices, dark malt, touch of vanilla. Flavour is medium sweet, moderate bitter. Body is medium. Good. Sweet with powdery cocoa, coffee, caramel and spicy notes.

(Can) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with coffee, black bread, raisins, liquorice, coconut, vanilla and a touch of orange. Malty, roasted taste with notes of creamy coffee, black bread, dark chocolate, raisins, liquorice, coconut, nuts, vanilla and a balanced coffee bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, soft and well rounded mouthfeel. Sweet. On the sweet side, but soft, mellow and really tasty. Very nice.

Canned. Poured dark brown in color, near black. Roasted malty aroma with coffee. Lovely choco/vanilla flavors, some ashy notes. Smooth still, without being that sweet. Nutty, dry finish. Delivers. Mexican?

Pours very dark brown with a pale tan head.Nose shows heavy cinnamon, soft chocolate, roasted malt and bready notes.Flavours include roasted and nutty malt, a fair whack of cinnamon and a hint of coffee and vanilla.
