A Red Tritordeum IPA. The Tritordeum is a new cereal, son of wheat and barley. We had some malt of this cereal and we brewed a West Coast Red IPA.

Keg at the brewpub. Cloudy amber, mid sized head. Piney grapefruit aroma. Mid sweet with mild tartness, medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Crystal malt, pine and grapefruit. Long bitter finish.
