Draught@Nolia Beer Umeå 2019. Ruby colour with a mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is bourbon, rye bread, some syrup and mild dark dried fruits and some slight alcohol to it. Flavour is alcohol, some ginger, bourbon, rye bread, mild syrup with some dried dark fruits and mild toffee to it. Strong, but still kind of silky to the palate and soul.

Drucken på fat på Brewskival. Murrig brun vätska. Fruktig med aprikospure, ingefärskakor, värmande alkohol. Gott för att vara bw på fat

(Draught at Svartbergets Taproom, Duved, Sweden, 1 Feb 2020) Reddish amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty nose with notes of dried fruit, treacle-toffee, apricots, oak wood and bourbon. Malty, fruity taste with rye bread, treacle-toffee, orange peel, dried apricots and a balanced spicy bitterness in a warming finish with a gentle bourbon touch. Full body, quite sweet. Really tasty and fairly well balanced for its strength. Very nice.

Keg at Great Swedish Beer Festival. Almost clear ruby, mid sized head. Aroma of bourbon and dark bread. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Gingersnaps, oak. Warming finish. Rich and pleasant.
