[as Rebel's Serial Tripel (Belgian Love Series)] Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il sottobosco. L'intensità olfattiva è normale ed elegante e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è abbondante. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cereali, pane cotto di recente, agrumi e frutta disidratata.

A: pineapple, starfruit, citrus flesh, coriander, parsley.
T: sweetish banana & pineapple, sourish citrus, spices, wheat.
F: floral hops, ripe tropical fruits, citrus, warming gin-like alcohol.
P: medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.
Literally adds something to the classic Tripel, but why not hop bitterness?

lettina 40 cl, schiuma bianca scarsa evanescente, color giallo oro velato con lieviti in sospensione, al naso lieviti agrumi coriandolo spezie frutta a pasta gialla, in bocca coriandolo agrumi uva bianca marmellata di pesche note erbacee, corpo rotondo, alcool ben bilanciato, carbonazione piatta (Nooooo…..!), oily, dolce con amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. Non è male ma non chiamatela Tripel. c. Fatti una birra 15.01.22

Can from Honest Brew. Clear golden body with a white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of white pepper and yeast. Flavour of coriander and white grape. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. An accomplished Tripel.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours orange gold with moderate white foam, fine. Aroma is honey and bread, very sweet. Body is fairly dense with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter, with some initial sweetness. Finish is average.
