Draught@Rådhuskällaren, Umeå. Hazy red colour with a small pink head. Aroma is lactose, some wheat, raspberries and mild lemony elements. Flavour is lemons, wheat, some tart raspberries as well as some bretty elements. Long and quite mellow tart finish and aftertaste.

On tap at Shelton Festival. Pours a hazy ruby with medium pinkish white head that lasts. The aroma is strong raspberry, wheat, dough, vanilla. Light body, berry, vanilla, lacto, nice tartness, very good.

Bottle. Pours very saturated deep red with a small pink ish head. Aromas of raspberries, lactose, light funk, vanilla. Taste has sweet jammy raspberries, lots of vanilla, lactic tartness, tart fruit in the back. Super crushable

Aus der Flasche (bottled 07-2018 / bbe 10-07-2023) im 2019-08 getrunken. Diese apricot-farbende Weiße kommt mit einer sehr moderaten Säure und einem feinen Himbeeraroma daher. Ein wunderbares Sommerbier!

330ml bottle. Sligthly cloudy, amber colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Tart-ish, fruity, fruit acidic and slightly lactic aroma, hints of raspberry and sauerkraut, a leafy touch. Taste is initially dry, sour, fruity, hints of raspberry, some fruit acid, a lactic touch, later enriched with subtle vanilla sweetness and a touch of orange; dry, lactic and minimally bretty, funky finish. Hoped for more...
