Bottle, 6%. Faintly citric and nicely spicy aroma. Cloudy yellow color. The flavour is teaish with a high bitterness. It has been years since I had Saison Dupont but this somehow reminds me of that. Clove, bubble gum, faint citrus note. And a quite high bitterness, as mentioned.

Bottle from Belgiuminabox. Pours a slightly hazy light golden/yellow colour with a medium sized throthy white head. Aromas of coriander, apple, lemon, herbs and peppery spice. Taste has more of the same notes with added lemon zest and more herb and peppery spice on the dry grassy finish. Light to medium body with a lively carbonated mouthfeel. Very nice thirst quenching beer.

Bière 75 cl ramenée de bière des halles à Wazemmes. Jolie blonde dorée un peu trouble. Bière avec un lez frais, levure, pas de doute on est sur de la bière belge. En bouche, belle carbonatation, notes fermières, agrumes, (citron), un peu de miel. Je ne note pas vraiment l'apport de l'épeautre. (M)

Bottle as part of a delivery from Sophie's Beer Store and drunk at home. Light yellow, slightly hazy, with a small ring of white head and effervescent carbonation. Sharp, spicy yeast in the aroma with notes of coriander and lemon peel. It's sweet at first with heavy yeast flavours but there's a clean hop bitterness after a second or two, followed by a short finish. Body is quite watery with very heavy carbonation. Nice.

Bottled. A hazy light yellow beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of spices, citrus fruits, hops, yeast, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, spices, malt, hops, and yeast, leading to a dry finish.
