Wasn't particularly attracted to these beers, but if there's a HF collab, you gotta grab it, right? A pretty well made, traditional saison. Light, little bit of peppery spicyness, very subtle tartness and easy. Good, but a tad boring.

Draught @ Someday (11/27/19). Clear rose gold with foamy off-white head, fruity aroma (orange-cinnamon), high carbonation, medium bitter fruity taste, earthy flavor, alcohol undertones and cinnamon, thin body, long finish. Very bright and fruity.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Nov 19. Thanks Simon for this! Pours misty gold, overly large frothy white head. Aroma brings super fresh fruity yeast. Taste is exceptionally well balanced, with good fruity nuances, vibrant yeast, fresh smooth saison character with distant spice. Very good.

Bottle thanks to Mads! Pours hazy golden with a thick white head. Aromas of wheat, lemon zest, light urine, sweet esters, bananas, brett, mold, citrus. Taste is bretty, orange, citrus, wheat, bananas, esters, moldy and dusty notes, mango, some herbal notes in the finish.
