Todo mundo estaba haciendo IPAs. Pero como no somos todo mundo. Decidimos hacer una Saison. Cerveza amarillo hazy con notas de frutas blancas y pimienta. Perfecta para maridar con dias soleados y gente buenaonda. Tómala en vaso (somos gente civilizada).

Florals and light lime. Pours hazy golden with good head. Definitely a pleasant beach bear, easy going saison. My kind of beer. Light sweet finish. Bottle from Paracaidista.

Bottled, from Principia Tasting Room, Mexico City. Hazy golden, rich head. Intense floral hoppy nose with some elderflowers, Mid sweet with light-medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Lots of floral hops, some marzipan and husky bread. Long bitter finish. De Ranke XX style - certainly a good choice of role model, and a really good execution too.
