12oz can pours out pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is grassy hops some bread malts. Taste is more of the nice light grassy hops those cereal bread malts.

pretty small can. not sure why you want tiny amount of pale lager. fine gold pour and fluffy white head. nose is grains and light citrus. tastes of pae malt, faint hops, kiss of lemon and florals. crisp enough. not a bad pale lager and if i was at mexican resort, sign me up for few dozen of these.

Purchased a 12 oz can of Colimita at the nearest HEB supermarket and now am ready to sample. I do like the tall, skinny can, kinda cool. The pour is into a chilled shaker glass, I prefer my Mexican cervezas as cold as possible. It arrives a quite clear, light yellow with a pure white head of finely bubbled foam. The scent is a touch of lemon and not much more. A drink gives some more of the lemon, grain, biscuit and water. A fairly thin palate, no surprise. And I squeeze a wedge of lime into the glass. An improvement, no doubt, but then I do enjoy lime. Refresca. I point out that the label on the can shows a 4.4% ABV, if it makes any difference.

Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aroma of lemongrass. Taste has light caramel notes, toasted malt. Palate has lingering citrus notes, some hop oils. Fairly plain.

Can from Bine & Vine. Pours rather perry color with a slight white head. Bready aroma. Hop? Maybe. Near med body. Flavor? Quite bready. Very little hop, but what there is might be noble spicy. This is not a pilsner. It tastes like a pale lager, and the can label is lager. The word pilsner is not on it. Not all that dry. Food wash perhaps.

Keg at Fiebre de Malta, Mexico City. Hazy pale golden, small head. Grassy nose with notes of paper. Dry with light body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Grassy and lightly bready. Mid bitter finish. Credible pilsener.

A little infected, which for a lager is too much. You are trying for boring here. Golden pour. Light spur finish. Tap at Deposito.

12 oz bottle poured at TaconTendor, Playa Del Carmen. Quite the delicious lager here, and by far the best lager I've had in/from Mexico so far. Pale golden pour, thin oily head. Some straw aroma. Flavor is wonderfully refreshing with some lemon like character and soft grassy hops that linger on. Just that slight citrus feel made this a quick drink for me. Interesting flavor in a lager always calls for bonus points. Nicely made beer here.
