Dorada limpia de generosa. Espuma de buena retención. Ligero aroma a grano con notas ligeramente florales. En boca presenta una carbonatación fina que junto con el cuerpo ligero la hace muy bebible y refrescante. Sabor también agradable de base delicadamente malteada, pan, grano y contrapunto cítrico y especiado. Amargor bajo.

355 ml bottle. Unclear yellow with a fluffy head. Grain, grass, citrus, slightly metallic, white bread. Dry bitterness, grainy sweetness. Medium to light bodied, oily texture, lively, dry grainy bitter finish. Good Mexican Lager!

15th March 2023, mini-regional tasting with minutemat at my place. Tall 12floz can brought back from the US by me. Light mist in the golden body, white crown that tried to last. Mild herbal twist to a typical Mexican lager, would have been better sat by a pool in the sunshine rather than in my converted garage bar in England!

355ml can shared with blackhaddock in his beer cave for our region-ticking tasting. Misty pale golden yellow with a medium sized white head. Mild sweetness permeating a rather thin lager body, distant herbal notes, light bitterness. Tastes like a 'skinny' lager. Passable.
