12 oz bottle poured at TaconTendor, Playa Del Carmen. Quite the delicious lager here, and by far the best lager I've had in/from Mexico so far. Pale golden pour, thin oily head. Some straw aroma. Flavor is wonderfully refreshing with some lemon like character and soft grassy hops that linger on. Just that slight citrus feel made this a quick drink for me. Interesting flavor in a lager always calls for bonus points. Nicely made beer here.

A hazed blonde lager with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, light crisp malt with light mineral notes, German hops, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, light chalky character, pleasant. On tap at Centenario 107.
