A golden DIPA with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light dank notes, pleasant. On tap at CDMX location.

Keg at Principia Tasting Room, Mexico City. Clear golden, firm mid sized head. Fruity nose with some tropical fruits. Sweet with medium to full body and rounded, viscous mouthfeel. Syrup and butter, some mango jam. Low bitterness. Too much sticky sweetness.
