On tap at Principia CDMX, pours a clear copper with a small off-white head. Aroma has resinous hops, some oily pine, and bready malt. Flavour reveal bready malt, subdued resinous hops, and dry toasted caramel. Clean but rather deficient on the hops, especially for a IIPA. Okay.

On tap at Principia CDMX. Pours clear gold with a white head. Orange peels, pine, and resin on the nose. Flavour has a sweet malt base with a pine and orange citrus hop expression. Nicely constructed, but needs more hops.

A golden DIPA with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light dank notes, pleasant. On tap at CDMX location.

Keg at Principia Tasting Room, Mexico City. Clear golden, firm mid sized head. Fruity nose with some tropical fruits. Sweet with medium to full body and rounded, viscous mouthfeel. Syrup and butter, some mango jam. Low bitterness. Too much sticky sweetness.
