Keg at Principia Tasting Room, Mexico City. Clear golden, firm mid sized head. Fruity, mildly floral nose with some citrus. Mid sweet with well sized body and rounded mouthfeel. Rich, bready malt. Low bitterness. Well made malt driven heller bock with a modern touch.
