On tap at Hoh, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has bright herbaceous notes, grass, and straw. Flavour has an unusually fruity herbaceous character for a helles, along with light grassy bitterness, and some aged, furniture-like character to the malt. Maltier for a helles, with a fruity, aged finish. Good.

Vom Fass (@Brauerei Hoh, Köttensdirf):Golden with an orangey sheen, hazy, mid-sized and slowly collapsing white head, dryish grainy and bitter nose with a mild “rural” touch; moderate dryish - as well - bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft; slightly lingering bitter-sweet finish. Pleasant thirst-quencher…

(Draught at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm, 25 July 2020) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of bread, grass and fresh herbal hops. Malty, hoppy taste with bread, grass, grain and fresh herbal hops in a finish with a balanced bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Uncomplicated but solid, well made and fresh German helles at its best. Very nice.

Keg at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Hazy golden, rich firm head. Rich floral grassy nose. Mid dry with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Firm bready malt, distinct floral, grassy hops. Mid bitter finish. Laid back and pleasant.
