Keg at Farm, Stockholm. Hazy copper colour, small head. Rich aroma of oak and grapes. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Citric and oaky, mildly bready. Some citric acid lingers. Intense and tasty.

29.12.2018, 0,75l bottle @ home:
Small bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, oak, sorrel, berry skin, soda powder, mild vinegar, fruit stones, grass, roasted grain, sour dark berries, bark, weeds, minerals. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, sorrel, weeds, hay, minerals, bark, soda powder, unripe berries, soil, roasted grain, fruit stones, berry skin, toast, fruit salt, hints of mild vinegar. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh and dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice aroma and sourness. But I'm not very fond of the bloodlike roasted malt/grain profile in beers like this...

250ml draught at the brewpub. Shared with Finn. Dark coloured body, mahogany. Filmy layer, fragile lacing. Dry and tart on the nose, hints of berries. Sour berries to the taste profile joined by subdued malty sweetness. Okay cleanser. (Nydalen, Oslo 03.12.2018).
