On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy dark brown with dense beige head. Aroma of chocolate, notes of fruits, some diacetyl. Tastes slightly sweet with balancing bitterness. Thin bodied.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Dark amber with a medium tan head. Aroma of malt, nuts, chocolate, toffee and some fruit. The same in the taste. Soft and easy to drink.

500ml Bottle - Dark brown with red tinges. Chocolate, chestnuts and notes of berries in the aroma. Nicely balanced taste with chocolate, cherries, blackcurrant, chestnuts, hazelnuts and toffee detected.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Reddish colour, moderate off-white head. Aroma of malts, smooth whisky and oak, some vinous hints. Fruity and malty flavour, not too sweet, hints of dark berries, notes of oak. Modest hops. Pleasant to drink.

Big fizzy-creamy longlasting head, dark amber color. Aroma is slightly dry roasted, toast, grass, roasted grain, minerals, soil, bark, hints of coffee and caramel. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish mineraly, roasted grain, sap, soil, toast, bark, wash cloth, grass, fruit stones, weeds, minerals, paper. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish roasted mouthfeel. Fair enough.
