JABEERWOCKY AMERICAN IPA. Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

As 'Jabeerwocky AIPA'. Clear golden, small, white head. Aroma of orange, pineapple, pine, mango, onion. Taste has sweetish pineapple & mango, sourish citrus, bitter pine & grapefruit over biscuity maltiness. Piney hoppy finish, grapefruity, citrus, quite bitter. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Not really layered but decent.

Keg at Jabeerwocky, Warsaw. Hazy golden, small head. Aroma of lychee and cardboard. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Cardboard and mango. Low bitterness

Bottle at a tasting. Med body, a bit of caramel, med-med-high carbonation. Mostly hoppy, though not very assertive aromatics. Grassy, earthy, zesty. Good but not great.
