Ziołowe, kwiatowe z przyjemną podbudową słodową. Goryczka dość wysoka, ziołowa, trochę za długa. Piana szybko znika. Złote, opalizujące. Fajna delikatna chlebowosc. Udany pils.

Pils w niemieckim stylu i dokladnie tak jest, srednia piana ale stoi i jest mocna niczym kolce jerza. Lekko mglista barwa, zlota barwa, pachnie zielonym chmielem, bazylia troche jakby. W smaku malo, bardzo malo slodowe, spora chmielnosc i goryczka na poprawke. Jest dobre i jak na dobrego pilsa dobrze odfermentowane bo ma alko do 5 procent tak jak byc powinno przy pilsach. Chmiel mimo ze nie tylko jest tu niemiecki ale ten nowozelandzki robi tu wspaniala robote.

Bottle. Pours hazy straw with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with touches of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of yeast and malt. Ditto aftertaste. Well-balanced and decent.

Bottle, 4.8%. Malty and sightly rustic aroma. Hazy golden colour. Good stable frothy white head. The flavour is quite malty and bready with a good spicy hop note and a high and slightly astringent bitterness. I would not say it tastes like a real German pils, but it is good.
