Interesting and refreshing lager, smooth side of hop rather bready and malty, a bit soily, fruity and peachy, 14.01.2020, drinking it in my rented loft, Sevilla, Santa Clara, visiting my father.

Keg at the Letra taproom, Porto, 28/10/22. Light golden blonde with a just off white head that thins to the edge. Nose is pale malts, grains, grass, faint citric zest. Taste comprises lemon rind, herb, grass, straw, light breads. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 18A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L45/2023 (BB: 08/2024). AROMA: medium-low neutral grainy malt. low sulphur background and fruity esters. slight metallic note. APPEARANCE: yellow body and cristal clear. medium-low white head with average retention for the style. TASTE: initial medium-low neutral malt flavor (grainy) with a slight minerally note. medium-low to low background presence of yeast flavor. faint fruitness. medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-light body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an average blond ale with some fermentation by-products and a bit too bitter.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, huge moussy white head, slowly diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma pale malts, grain, light lemon, pear, yeast. Hay. Taste medium sweet and slightly bitter, malty, grain, light lemon, pear, yeast. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, sweet and light bitter aftertaste, on the whole a rather thin and simple beer, okay.

Bottle shared at BBT 2/2023. Thin body, med-high carbonation. Med-high bitterness, light tartness/astringency. Assertive grassy and kinda lightstruck feeling, hops is dank, citrusy, moderate intensity, but also providing the vegetal feeling. Lots of bready and grainy maltiness too. Overall makes for a pretty weird mix. Not bad, but not good either. Feels rough, rather hard to drink.
