Bottle from Beer Zoo. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of grapefruit zest and funky yeast. Flavour of bitter lemon and lemon sherbet with a very dry finish. Thin body with a slick texture. Very fizzy. Too sour for me to love it.

Bottle, medium bubbly head, hazy deepish orange color, strong Brett aroma with over ripe citrus, flavor of sweat, with orange, lemony sourness and just a hint of herbal bitterness. Really satisfying.

(Draught at BrewDog Camden, London, 21 Nov 2019) Hazy yellow colour with brief, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with grapefruit, sour fruit, peaches, pineapple and pine needles. Fruity, tart taste with grapefruit, unripe pineapple, lemon, pine needles and a dry and tart finish with a gentle citric bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tart. Nice one.
