13.12.2022: 0,375l bottle at home. Cork: CX2019. yellow clear color, medium big white head. smells parfumy, hay, straw, flowery, tad oxidized, earthy. nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes tobacco, hay, stone fruits, some oak, some funk, bit peppery, herbal. finishes lightly dry, lightly bitter and lightly sour with notes of hay, pepper and tobacco notes. very good one, very nice balance.

10.07.2025: 0,375l bottle at home. Cork CX2019. amber almost clear color, small white head. Smells oak, earthy, subtle funk, peppery, tobacco, walnuts. nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes citric, earthy, bit dusty, peppery, oak, tobacco, some hay. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of citrus, dusty and earthy notes. nice one, good and easy to drink, enough complexity to make it interesting.
