15/IX/20 - 50cl bottle from the client brewer, shared @ ElManana’s Lobster BBQ Tasting, BBE: 2021 (2020-916)

Pretty clear orange beer, small creamy off-white head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: oxidized, fruity, some banana, rum notes, almonds, esters. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of alcohol, rum, sweet, caramel, some ripe banana, more alcohol. Aftertaste: bit sweet, yeasty, some honey, bit oxidized, malty, soft bitterness, alcohol, good stuff!

Paired really well with a BBQ grilled lobster with garlic butter!
