Wunderbar is our WONDERFUL IPA brewed with 100% German hops. This is a hop forward IPA, full of fruity hop flavour with a medium bitterness. Late and dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Mandarina Bavaria. The hops offer sweet tangerine on the nose and sweet citrus fruits on the flavour. Wunderbar has a punchy bitter kick with a fine malt balance.

Tap at Unorthodox. Hops centered, light malty caramelly, but only in the background, resiny citrusy hops character. Med-high bitterness. Moderate body, moderate carbonation. Good one.

Cask, media pinta. Probada el día 27/01/2018 en el "Manchester Camra Beer & Cider festival". Color ambar claro con una espuma blanca y consistente de grado medio. Aroma a cereales, maltas, naranja y melocotón. El aroma es bastante dulzón. El gusto nos confirma la dulzura de las maltas usadas así como un poco de caramelo. También destacan las notas cítricas aportadas por la naranja. El final es seco y amargo con una duración media. Carbonatación media. Next one please!

Gravity cask at the 2017 Nottingham Beer Festival. Dark gold and slightly hazy with a loose white head. Chardonnay and urinary aromas in the scane. The taste however is much improved: candied fruit sweetness giving way to a slightly herbal (but never harsh) bitterness. Long bitter finish. It's flawed: for me, I like Mandarina but dislike the Hallertau Blanc.

Can split at Happy New Years L42 Shim Sham, thanks to Fergoose, 12/01/17. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is caramel malt, orange peel, grains, bread dough, melon. Taste comprises caramel malt, bitter orange, melon, lemon rind, straw, biscuit, soft bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest hop dusting. Adequate but lower end of the style in this day and age, old skool vibes, but Ok.
