Wild blueberry juice is infused into this intense lager beer. This Bock has a wonderful balance of sweet malt and tart fruit. Aged for drinkability.

I’ve had this beer multiple times but at 12 years old this has dried out and reminds me a lot of blueberry English tea.. super drinkable. Would never guess this is an Eisbock now. Blue berries is still very present

2022 vintage. 12.7 oz bottle, pours a fairly clear dark burgundy with a small beige head. Aroma has a subtle blueberry jam character, along with some booze, and surprisingly not much else given the ABV. Flavour is full of booze and blueberry juice -- hard to really come up with other adjectives. There's some light perfumey notes, maybe light phenolic character. How is this 100th percentile? Yeah, it's drinkable for a blueberry boozebock, but it's not got much complexity.

Poured from 375mL bottle (2022 vintage). Lightly hazed purple brown with small off white head. Boozy, blueberry, on par with the raspberry and strawberry eisbocks I've tried.

Refrigerated 12.7 oz. brown 2017 bottle with blue wax poured into a snifter. Black with small beige head. Aroma is blueberry, medium body, some carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is dark fruit, blueberry, and some booze. At $35 a bottle there is no reason for me to buy another one.

Thanks Gregg for sharing the bottle! Poured into a snifter showing deep amber with no head. The nose shows moderately intense notes of concentrated blueberry jam. The palate is light carbonated and full bodied. Moderately blueberry jam with a strong alcoholic bite and a lot of blueberry on the finish.

CBS vertical tasting @ Tim's. Thank you for sharing Gregg! Pours dark red violet, no real carbonation. Nose has basically pure thick wild blueberry jam. Syrupy and I might think it's mead just by judging by the nose. Taste is boozy, booze hiding blueberry, some spices and bitterness coming out then and leasing to dry and long bitter finish. Blueberry seeds and skins coming out in the finish. Maybe would need a bit more time but well, nothing to complain about, still a super unique experience.

Deep purple color with no head. Sweet blueberry jam, roses and strawberries in the nose. Liquid berry jam. Blueberry licorice sweet malty, very smooth and rounded. Perfect dessert beer. Just perfect and never too sweet or cloying and alcohol is so well hidden. Low carbonation. Perfect

Bottle graciously shared by doodler. Stop doodling and start noodling! Fairly clear brown appearance with little head. Aroma is straight up blueberry preserves with some caramel and brown sugar. Mouth feel is a bit goopy but not horrible. Sure, it’s sweet and high boost but it sure is hidden well. A treat to try.
