A smoothly balanced and refreshing IPA brewed with our house Golden Promise base malt along with Golden Naked Oats, Wheat & Acidulated malt. Citra and NZ Motueka hops in whirlpool and dry hop deliver aromas and flavours redolent of passion fruit, mango and lime. Fermented with our house Californian ale yeast (WLP001) to give great drinkability and a clean hop profile with minimal influence from the yeast.

A really good example of a murky pale ale which drinks under its strength. We're looking at a fruity little number here, cloudy murky pale gold with a frothy white head and a tropical fruit nose. The tropical theme continues into the flavour, albeit a little subdued compared to the aroma, alongside some lovely bitter hop character and it slips down so very easily

Murky golden beer, thick white head. Hefty aroma of tropical fruit, slightly dusty. taste has orange, mango, grapefruit, a nice mix. Some dry, bitter hop too. If you like a fruity DDH IPA then you'll like this. Won't knock your socks off with hop just really well balanced.

440ml can @ 7.2% BBE 27/08/21. Pours hazy gold, small white head, good retention and lacing; promising. Juicy aroma of grapefruit, mango and pineapple, pine; nice Taste is chewy juicy tropical, good body, quite smooth, nice level of bitterness in the finish. Soft carbonation works well. Good bit of booze coming through as well. After around 30+ IPA brews (non-session) I'm coming to the conclusion I prefer the cleaner West coast and British styles rather than the more full-bodied chewy NEIPA style; it can be a little cloying. Nonetheless I enjoyed this, its a good IPA.
