Meadowfoam honey fermented slow and cold over two months to preserve vanilla aromatics. Combined with a ton of fresh Madagascar vanilla beans. Layered with American Oak for even more vanilla and structure. Aged on freshly roasted cacao nibs and Uganda vanilla beans.

Pours rather clear, dark amber. Smell is full, funky, honey, lower quality milk chocolate. Taste is full, tad boozy, lower quality milkchocolate. nice mead base, but could be improved with the use of a better chocolate.
