Draft @ Barboteur, Brewer's Delight La Source - voting for new house beer.
Dorée sur un léger voile, col blanc-cassé crémeux;
Arôme est dank houblonné, résineux et pin à foison, agrumes avec un punch retour de tropical avec une pointe de fruits à noyaux.
Palais est, ici aussi, superbement bien houblonné. Dans la lignée de la Primitive 003 sublimée par le houblon Sabro.
Retrouve de belles notes de pin et de résineux (Idaho 7 - Mosaic), pointe d'agrumes, pointe épaisseur rappelant l'avoine avec un léger effet collant aux lèvres sur la fin. Super frais, ne passe pas pour 8%).
