Roast and coffee. Very nicely balanced. Among the better stouts i remember having from ocelot. Bitter end with some dark chocolate. Great stuff. Black pour with big mocha head and lacing. Bitter end. Tap.

Pours black, no real head. Smell is roasty. Sweet, aged. Dark fruits. Taste is full. I really get an aged factor here.. Did they bring an old beer to wakefest ??? ? medium boozy, not my thing, this one.

Keg at the brewery, 6/16/16. Dark red-brown, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of roasted malts, nuts, chocolate, marzipan, cherries. The taste is chocolate, cherries, caramel, roasted malts, vanilla. Medium bodied, bitter finish. Alcohol well hidden.

Draft at Ocelot. Poured a really dark, pitch black color with a tan head. Light humidor roast, dark chocolate. Dark chocolates, light coffee roast in there. Alcohol is well masked. 12% beauty is easy drinking.
