On tap at Dark Horse, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out subtle bourbon, gentle maple, and a bit of red fruits. Flavour is big on the maple upfront, accentuated by vanilla and bourbon. Nice barrel-aging effort here—it doesn't obscure the maple; it just accentuates it nicely. Excellent.

Bottle. Sampled on RBSG bus. From notes. Loads of coffee, chocolate, maple and vanilla dominate. Pretty darn awesome.

Bottle shared by Kyle, thanks! Pours near black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has maple and roasted malts with some dark grains. Flavor has a nice roasted malts and maple combination and dark grains backing.

Sample at First Sunday. Pour dark brown, with a small, tan head. The aroma is strong maple notes, with some chocolate, toffee, and vanilla. Strong sweet flavor, with very little balance (not complaining, though). The palate is thick and creamy. This is a very delicious, heavy, and sweet. Kinda reminds me of chocolate pudding.
