On draft at Tilt, Birmingham as part of the Kernel 10th Anniversary TTO. Light yellow, close to straw, cloudy with some white head and a fair bit of lacing. Lemon juice, sour quince and pear drops. Intensely tart taste. The sourness is fantastic if slightly overpowering. Soured stonefruit lingers on the tongue for an eternity after the gum-numbingly tart finish. Medium to heavy carbonation. Wow.
