Corked bottle from Monoprix, Levallois Perret
Blond color, clear, filtered. It has some pleasant aroma of apples, and some apple vinegar; light hazelnuts too. Dry mouthfeel, there is some light apple skin flavor, light vinegar, and clear astringency.
It’s an edgy cider, and it doesn’t have much qualities, it’s a bit too dry, weak and astringent; but it’s screaming a bit.

This is in fact a cheaper Brut cider from Verrier, I surmise, after examining both bottles carefully. Pours hazy orange with a bit of head that’s gone quick. Aroma is sour citrus, apples, wood. Taste is very light apple, a bit sour, and a very dry finish. Pretty good.
