Bottle split at the L6 Tasting, big thanks to the Wingmane, 20/11/19. Lightly hazed pale yellow with little in the way of a head. Nose is pissy stoned fruits, white grape must, vinous twang, dry rot, musty, lemon rind. Taste comprises white wine barrel, damp oak, base funk, barnyard esters, stoned fruits, white grape skins, light citric zest, rising acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Super solid sour graced with both complexity and well balanced acidity.

375 c&c from Corti Bros. Pours somewhat translucent gold with a transient white head. Aroma is very white grape with an essence that seems related to Brett - but Brett it's not. Med body or so. Flavor is quite tart/sour (moderate) and there's definitely fresh wood/oak. White berry seems the thing here. It is not at all harshly sour. But not a beginner sour. Exquisite flavors. Que yummy sounds.

Bottle. Bright golden color, hazy, with lace. Lemony nose, crackery malt, bretty, grapes. Pils malt flavor comes through, bretty, lactic acid, quite tart. Nice lager quality beneath the grapes and brett.

Poured from a 375 ml bottle dated March 26, 2019. Aroma is grape forward with light green grapes notes and quite a bit of must and grape juice character. Light dusty, earthy funk with light oak and faint grain notes. Hints of lemon, tropical fruit and stone fruit. Pours a fairly clear, light yellow gold with a medium sized, moderately thick, frothy white head that recedes fairly quickly to a small film that lingers on the edges. No lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with a medium acidity and faint malt notes. Light oak and oak tannins. Quite a bit of grape juice character with some lemon and stone fruit. Light must notes with some faint herbal and earthy phenolics. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent beer but it tastes like the grapes haven't fermented all the way out. Could use a bit more complexity.
