Tap at Takumiya. PRetty cloudy golden orange. Nose is buckwheat, wheat, grainy, esters. Flavor of sweet wheat malt, buckwheat, biscuits, cloves, banana. The buckwheat added a nice nutty edge, and when the buckwheat power is sprinkled on top, it takes it up a notch. Fun.
