Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Tap at Keyaki Autumn 2019. Muddy brown with lace. Herbal, woody nose, with caramel and pine. Quite bitter, with tea astringency the main part. Sweet caramel. Interesting.
