Sample from the brewery. Appearance - opaque black with a lovely fawn head. Nose - dark chocolate and predominantly coffee. Tirimasu. Taste - yep Tirimasu central. Creamy coffee. Light booze. Palate - medium bodied with a lovely creamy texture and a balanced dry finish Overall - really good.

On tap,at Hoppy Days. Black colour, creamy beige-brown head. Aroma of liquorice, toffee, salmiak, berries, Wybertjes, roasted malts. Flavour is quite sweet, liquorice, Wybertjes, light fruity, roasted malts, toffee, bitter finish. Light bodied. OK.

Black color, small head. Very light aroma of apples. Thinner than expected, moderately sweet, caramelly, with very light liquorice.
Not bad, bit slightly off.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Hibu Mood ].Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, vegetables, moderate hoppy, wood, smoke. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, wood, roasted, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140328]
