Pairing the drinkability of a 10 and the intense flavour of a 12, Krahulík 11 is our lager for those on the verge. Thanks to the combination of modern Czech hop varieties Rubín and Harmonie we achieved both intense hop aroma and a very elegant mouthfeel. Expect sharp bitterness, floral hop aroma and a dry fizzy body.

Tap at BrewStock 2020. The face / reaction / semi-indignation of the guy when I ordered a 1dl--ish amount of this was priceless. He was shocked enough to charge me 10kč more than the actual price. Well, f*** him, I'd paid way too much for several sub-par Zichovec pale lagers before, multiple times for some of them, and I wasn't gonna risk it. That said, I should have, as this was by far the best pale lager I've had from them. Arguably, the only one on the level of their excellent modern style efforts. Clear golden-yellow body, white head. Pretty classic combo of grainy, yolky and flowery notes in the taste. Lean, soft, fresh nice taste, pilsener malt and citric hoppiness. Clean, without flaws, drinkable. Very nice job. Zichovec!

Bottle shared with JFE at his place 03.02.20. Translucent golden. White head and lacing. Moderate aroma, with some citrus and grains. Fine taste of pilsner malt, Czech hops, meadows, succade and citrus. Taste is lingering on. High carbonation.

Bottle @ Home. Pours clear golden with a creamy white head, some light lacings. Aroma of malt, grain, white bread, grassy and flowery hops. Flavor is lightly sweet, bitter, malt, bread, grassy, flowers. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 310719

bottle from Kralupská Pivotéka U Chameleona. Golden yellow, tall white head. Hoppy nose, resiny. Light-bodied, solid malty base, fragrant, slightly floral and towards the finish bitter, piney, resiny hops. Full of character, well balanced, bitter sweet with a lingering, delicious bitter hoppy finish.
