Thanks to the combination of modern Czech hop varieties Rubín and Harmonie we achieved both intense hop aroma and a very elegant mouthfeel. Expect sharp bitterness, floral hop aroma and a dry fizzy body.

Ein Mitbringsel meines Bewerterkollegen und Zwicklfreund kolemkoukolem, der mich mit diesem Bier wahrlich überrascht hat. Herzlichen Dank dafür auch an dieser Stelle. Es ist ein schönes Zwöflgrädiges Helles aus der tschechischen Hauptstadt mit feinen getreidigen und malzigen Noten, das sich auch zum Essen gut trinken lässt.

Leicht eingetrübt goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Getreidiger, hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich getreidig, grasig hopfig, leicht malzig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

750 ml bottle. Cloudy amber, big fluffy head. Zesty citrussy notes, grassy hops, biscuits, hay, butter cookies. Dry hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty hoppy bittersweet finish. Nice!

750ml Bottle - Deep golden with a small head. Bready and malty aroma with grass and some slightly fruity and caramelly notes. Grassy and slightly sweet taste albeit with a fair amount of bitterness. Notes of hay, rye and sultanas can be detected. A faint hint of aniseed can be detected in the finish.
