Pairing the drinkability of a 10 and the intense flavour of a 12, Krahulík 11 is our lager for those on the verge. Thanks to the combination of modern Czech hop varieties Rubín and Harmonie we achieved both intense hop aroma and a very elegant mouthfeel. Expect sharp bitterness, floral hop aroma and a dry fizzy body.

On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Dorata limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso leggerissima punta di zolfo che svanisce dopo pochi minuti, erbaceo, malto. In bocca è molto ben equilibrata, maltata all'attacco con un buon amaro, secca, pulita. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Qualche problemino al naso, ma in bocca è godibilissima.

Tap @ Peders. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light bready and moderate hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 211123

Tap at Salon piva. Quite classic lager, medium body, med-high carbonation. Low sweetness, light bready maltiness. Medium bitterness, med-high herbal grassy hops character. Tasty, good.

Bottled 750ml. -at Goblet Zagreb, shared with hrabren. Darker golden coloured, medium sized white head, light yeasty grainy nose. Yeasty, grainy and herbal hoppy with quite bitter finish.

0.75 l bottle shared with Ogi at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Clear golden, small off-white head. Light bready, a doughy touch. Quite smooth, light body, sweet grainy, nice herbal hoppy bitterness, quite intense. Bitter finish.
